Founders' Story.
Just Honest was founded in 2024, by Melissa & Amanda.
Melissa has spent the last 18+ years delivering brand experiences, experiential campaigns and live projects across the globe. Her expertise spans experience architecture, event strategy and building meaningful brand connections through immersive, sensory-led thinking.
Amanda is a graphic designer turned creative strategist with a deep passion for immersive brand storytelling. After building her career in London with iconic British brands, she carved out her own niche in blending strategy, design and emotion. She leads creative direction with a focus on design systems, narrative and culturally resonant campaigns.
Both Founders have spent years working behind the scenes on major creative campaigns, large-scale international events and activations for some of the world's most recognised brands.

Today, Melissa leads experience strategy and experience architecture while Amanda leads creative direction, empowering a multidisciplinary team of creatives, designers and specialists to bring ideas to life.
